Love. You just have to love what you're writing. I know it sounds cliché, but love is what keeps me going when I have nothing else. I love it so much, and it means so much to me that I can't stand the thought of just letting it go. I have to see it through to the end.

I personally don't mind porn in literature, but smut has become synonymous with poorly-written stories for a reason. It's everywhere, and it feels cheap. I'm a sucker for romance. I want to see stories where kindness is rewarded and where love conquers all, but we live in a world where everyone...

My story is heavy with dialogue, and people would get lost if I didn't put dialogue tags ?

All I can say is don't give up. Even if you write just for you, you are putting your heart into it, and if you put your heart into it, then it is good for you. I would hate it if I stopped doing something that is good for me.
