For my story the only three chapters that have over 200 views are the prologue and chapter 1 (which then proceeds into a slow drop off). Then the exception of chapter 20, but that chapter was also the last chapter before my one month break. So it could've been people checking the last chapter...

I did a bit when I upload my first story and the initial weeks of uploading. But that behaviour has slowed down, and now I just check statistics once in while. As time goes on, probably will check it less and less.

Yes every now again. Sometimes can't think of what to write for this but I can for the chapters way ahead, other times the exact opposite happens.

Depends, sometimes I picture the scene and play it out in my head sometimes I don't. Mostly depends if its necessary. However, on the extreme end, sometimes I just go full story mode and just create scenario for the beginning of a story and let it play out in my head. Pausing and Resuming it...

Editing... my nightmare.... I do use free version of Grammarly and standard grammar checker of docs. Read over the chapter a couple times (2~4), and try to find mistakes. Then post the chapter, and realise I have literal hundreds of errors I somehow missed.
