My story isn't a comedy. Like with @Paul_Tromba , some people just seem to find certain moments funny. And out of context, without the emotional ups and downs of the story and being attached to the character, none of the moments will tickle your funny bone.

In stories, you'll often read about someone having "naturally intense eyes." I have never noticed someone who actually has that except in moments of high emotion, until today. This man walked by and it felt like his eyes pierced my soul!
