Wasn't the wheel a torture device where the victim was placed on a wheel with their legs and arms tied at the end with rope where, with every turn of the device, the ropes pull tighter on the victim. Your description of the dust blowing from deserts made me think of that scene from [Jurassic Park] where Dr Alan Grant gets covered in desert sand/dust after the helicopter lands and blows it all over the place, and Mr Hammond blows dust off his hand after shaking Dr Grant's hand. :blobrofl: X
