But replace the sugar (or honey) with maple syrup and after fermentation add the mastic resin and distill it i guess?
It's Rose and Maple Brandy seasoned with Mastic to give it that extra touch, that bottle of wine made from roses and maple syrup you saw in the cellar was something that i distiled into this fine Brandy although i added mastic resin before actually distilling it
My presentation isn't over *you notice the temperature drop significantly as the alcohol in the bottle starts to form crystals but doesn't freeze* care to guess what it is?
There may be no need, that doesn't stop me from doing it though
