I was talking specifically about Sasuke. You're not alone, I tried reading the slime Tensei web novel, didn't like it. Could've been because of the poor translation quality, but I also just didn't like rimuru.

Not every word. There's a rule about not capitalizing prepositions with fewer than 4 letters. Unless it's the first or the last word of the title. Those two are always capitalized.
