My own solution is to go on my dashboard and check if the amount of comments on my newest chapter is the same as my notifications :blob_melt: If not then I go through them one by one

I don't think a reader would burn out from daily updates if they enjoyed the story, but 4k might be a bit much just due to time constraints. If anything I feel like the writer would burn out faster :sweating_profusely:

I don't have an issue if someone points out any spelling errors so I can fix them. Free proofreaders? Yes, please. Constructive feedback that can help me improve is also welcome, I can't write for shit after all. That doesn't mean that I will change anything, but it always helps to get another...

I feel like the content is more important than the word count. If you spend 3k words describing a pair of socks just to get the word count up then maybe you would be fine with shorter chapters. (I dare anyone to write 3k about a pair of socks) :blob_cookie:
