I mean it sounds like you already sort of made your decision. But I usually write short stories on the side when I want to break up the monotony of writing my main novel. It usually helps me keep the creative juices flowing.

I like to use Bark Infinity to have a audio playback of my work. It helps me catch Grammer errors that Grammarly missed. Elevenlabs is way better but I'm not making enough yet. So it's Bark for me until then.
