Plan the first arc, maybe the last one, and you can pants the rest in between. Webnovels require pumping stuff out fast and delivering genre goods more than worrying about quality or artistry.

It's a really individualistic question, but to answer first, are you concerned with making pretty much webnovels or traditional literature?

I didn't say anything that simplistic because I don't find those riveting at all. Others are free to go with those if they want, but I'm not going to encourage it if I don't feel it's effective.
