Agreed. Personally, I don't like romance in general, but some of my favorite books on this site are romance.

My story's about two little girls on the run. They've got a power the Church wants, but they can't even use it. The story focuses on their bond under pressure. It's a dark fantasy grimdark story set in a vast, high fantasy-esque world. Very good worldbuilding and emotions (at least I think...

@Slay was the one who really introduced me to the site. I think she grew inactive because she lied about her background and stuff or something like that - which is on the lesser end of the kind of stuff I see daily. That's the kind of 'community' I saw there. And I liked this place much better...

Today I finally figured out the profiles of everyone from Chess.com who came here (at least to my knowledge), and each and every single one of them is inactive now, the majority wrote no books, or really took the time to read other books, and the only one really interacting with the community...
