Now that I thing about it… for the trolley problem wouldn’t breaking the mechanism be the only correct solution? All you’d need to do is find the point where the lever causes the tracks to move and then just break the lever in a way where it’s unable to move from the spot… wouldn’t the worst...
The only thing I can assume is that normal people have a bias towards other humans like I do to cats, children or my family… but it’s still annoying to have to try and wrap my head around it to understand the actions of characters in stories or people in general-nyah.
I always struggle with stuff like the trolly problem or normal morals in general… I don’t have the normal bias towards humans… I only see cats as my equals so I tend to not understand why someone would struggle with deciding in situations like the trolly problem… because to me unless it’s a cat...
