Week 4 of experimenting with homade noodles:
Recently, I learned that noodles can be textured, via gnocchi board~
I also used a new noodle recipe, because the one I posted was just too dry for some reason, whether due to how dry the air is here, or it was just a bad recipe...
You can find interesting stuff in thrift stores~
I just bought a cd that claims it holds 1 million different recipes, worth $90 at the time it was made- for a whopping price of $1.50~
