Probably both, cuz' for the first recipe, I was adding 1/4 cup water (shouldn't be needing this much!!!), while this new one I added 2 tablespoons~ The dough felt much more workable, so I will be posting the new recipe~
I ended up using my Grandma's sauce recipie, the alternative Italian Sausage recipe (w/ ground turkey), and the new recipe, and the results came out delicious~ ˝/\___/\˝? (❀>,ᆺ<)
@SailusGebel, it's very good and also not blocked in our country, so maybe the problem is with your Internet.
