    For the same reason, fast food has a rather negative reputation here in Europe too. Except for Pizza, but that is completely different topic as American Pizza has little to do with Pizza at all.

    Where the microwave is successful and unsurprisingly originates from is North America. :blob_reach:

    Yet again, we might never get to enjoy baguette with friends either.

    As a North American I slightly shared the negative view of a microwave and prefer not to use it much myself since things will taste better cooked in any other way. However, I value expediency and honestly I could eat terrible tasting food without problems. I'm really not Gordon Ramsay: if my grilled cheese is burnt black it goes from a 7/10 to a 7/10 at worst.
