I feel that. I stopped taking depression/anxiety medication after trying for over 3 years because it just made my symptoms worse. No weight troubles, but meds unfortunately do suck sometimes. It also doesn't help when you have autism that interferes in treatment.

Without the medicine my hands tremor more than usual, I lose the little motivation I have to get out of bed, I spiral more often, and have fairly weird nightmares. With it I feel normal but sweat through my shirts once or twice a week, and might be gaining weight. Although I must say I was 10 or so pounds underweight when I started taking the medicine. 6ft-150~lbs to 6ft-190~lbs.

Ah, you get tremors as well? I have daily anxiety tremors, I have chronic sleep anxiety and deal with occasional insomnia due to it. Tremors get worse the longer I'm awake. I'm actually hesitating going back to my doctor to try out something like beta-blockers.

Should ask your doctor is the sweating is definitely normal for w/e you're taking, and not something to be concerned about if it bothers you.

It only bothers me in the fact that sometimes I have to change my shirt twice a day. Ideally I would go back to those days when that was not the case, however I would prefer to stay on some form of anxiety meds. During winter break I forgot to refill them before going home, so I spent two weeks in fairly poor condition.
