I walked too much and ate too much today. It has been 4-5 hrs since then, and my body is feeling horrid.
With how i seem to (unvoluntary) neglect giving attention to you, tell me, do you like anything in particular ?

In spring when farmers burn their fields, I should not be outside for more than 5 minutes continuously if a field is burning within 5-10 miles depending on wind. If I am I will gain a persistent wheeze and cough that will get worse the longer I am outside, my body will also itch. In these cases I need to take my nebulizer and a shower/bath, to improve.
Forgot to take my meds last night. Now I itch everywhere including my lungs/throat and I am shaking more than usual….
