In spring when farmers burn their fields, I should not be outside for more than 5 minutes continuously if a field is burning within 5-10 miles depending on wind. If I am I will gain a persistent wheeze and cough that will get worse the longer I am outside, my body will also itch. In these cases I need to take my nebulizer and a shower/bath, to improve.
Forgot to take my meds last night. Now I itch everywhere including my lungs/throat and I am shaking more than usual….

As Hope Resonates first arc is about 1/3rd complete on my end. Although I know the broad details I am conflicted on the precise timing of certain things.

This is probably my favorite reoccurring motif/theme in the Umineko soundtrack, although it might be its most stereotypical/boring piece.
Seriously give it a read if you have yet to, and this interests you. I recommend playing the steam version with the Umineko project mod for voice acting and the like, but even without that it is good.
A common theme in my dreams is me repeating/chanting a word/phrase, and sometimes snapping, as if I am a wizard trying to shape the world to my will. I wouldn’t call it lucid dreaming, because often this fails to some degree, and I am not aware I am asleep.
Sometimes I barely succeed, sometimes I need to change the phrase, and often I realize it is impossible at the moment and I look for a new solution.
My knee feels more uncomfortable than painful today, except when going down stairs. Where it is quite painful. If it doesn’t get better tomorrow, I will try and see a doctor. -
