You ever just have the urge to nuke a scene? Like these two characters are vibing and doing their plot stuff. But what if a nuke went off in the street and suddenly there's radioactive zombies and the characters have to fight their way to a hotel to find safety. They lock themselves in room but find that there's only one bed! The drama.

AAAAAAAAAA (Bot comments are the worst)
I just wrote a 2k word chapter in three hours. (That's impressive for me, shut up.) But I genuinely forgot that my last chapter ended in an entirely different place. So now I have this random 2k word filler chapter that makes no sense for the story.
Smut! Angst! Action! Wait-
Goat.

Sometimes, sex scenes are so easy to write. Sometimes it's so frustrating. I can't visualize the smuttttt!

Sometimes dividing chapters up can be so difficult. Is it weird to end a chapter mid sex scene? Does that count as blue balling? Life sure is full of strange questions.
Sometimes I look back on my midnight rantings and I'm like: that character wouldn't do that. Or: what does that even mean? It makes me wonder who wrote this? I did. I wrote it.
My characters are so cool sometimes. It makes me wish I could be them. Then I remember the agony they have coming in later chapters and no longer want to be them.
