I'm not as crazy about Hendrix as most guitar guys, but this song is undeniable. The guitar playing has inspired generations. Some succeed in reaching these heights, others fail, while Frusciante got a riff out of it.

I remember this video making the rounds when the queen died, and it always tickled me how freaked out some people were by this even though the lady clearly just said "that death is irreversible, and the fact that's she's traveled--".
