I've seen a fraction of Niji EN move to JP for better access to the main headquarters.

Imo, its a good strategy because, they can communicate easily with the management, go to the HQ's studio and such.

Another thing is, the management is much more stricter but there's hardly any huge drama aside from previous issues in the JP side, even though there is also an obvious clique in there too.
