Well that is the most depressing thing I've learned in a while. Apparently, the last lines Burt Reynolds had to read for "All Dogs Go to Heaven" is Charlie saying goodbye to Anne Marie which just so happened to be after the murder of Anne Marie's voice actress Judith Barsi. It's the only take they could use and required re-animating some of the scene because he kept choking up.
