Commentary on rule #3169: A truly fair environment would guarantee basic housing for all who inhabit it. There should be no reason for a person to go without shelter, other than that person deciding not to. Lack of housing is inherently unfair.
Commentary on rule #3168: This rule mistakenly believes that allowing people to suffer indiscriminately creates strength. No it creates scars and wounds that few can recover from. Only a wounded and dying nation would let its citizens die to ensure the profits of the wealthy.
Commentary on rule #3167: There are two things to point out on this. 1. A strong nation would also guarantee basic housing for all citizens. 2. The time gained should be put back into improving the lives of the individuals and their communities.
