Went through a consultation, I have a surgery on the 6th of January.

I have the urge to listen to the Phantom of the Opera rn, but I am quite sure I would fall asleep not too far in with how tired I am.

Vomited 8x but managed to get through a day of work.
Try eating salami and saltines, 9/10 imo. Make sure to only put as much salami on a cracker as you can eat comfortably, for me I tear each slice in half and put it on top of the cracker before eating. -
