I appreciate my students are active in class, but they find it weird when I force them to rest/take a break.
Well, I believe that proper studying/working also includes time for proper rest. Excellence is never achieved through exhaustion.

Me: (raised voice) hey, what's that?
Student: Sir, I'm not cheating!
Me: Wrong! That's called a paper.

Class:
Me: ...later before the class ends.

Writing: 10%
House Chores: 5%
Distracted: 70%
Bored: 15%

And yeah, for those who are curious;
Arc 1 of the Saint Series is your classic, medieval Europe-inspired adventure isekai. Arc 2 is kingdom building. Arc 3 is school isekai, with strong pattern of events from WW1. Arc 4 is political isekai. Arc 5 is business isekai.
I did say to make goals for writing, so I said, "I'll create an isekai where every major theme is included." And, here we are. XD
Ahem...
Wrote another 4.1k words today, so it's a chapter for my standards. Also, let me talk for a bit about my rewritten V20. This is actually my original vision for my 5th arc, though because of stress of work and home, I 'took' the shortcut and made a mess of the current V20. I'm having fun writing about business strategies and techniques; to which, I realized, Sun Tzu is right. Business is like war.

Another glaring flaw of my Saint Series work is its MC, Kuro. He is a prude, and a lot of readers say he is a 'doormat,' or 'beta.'
Well, my culture frowns at unrestricted casual sex prevalent in isekai novels, though I don't deny it is happening in our society too.
Add to that, Kuro's idealism towards his job as a teacher, and he ends like that.
One of the glaring flaws of my work is its format. I've received feedbacks saying it is good, though I originally written the Saint Series with light novels in mind, hence the long-ass, intimidating walls of texts prevalent in that novel of mine.
Well, got no plans to change it. I love writing that way, compared to how I wrote my other novel, Paulina Rex, geared for webnovel audiences.
As an author, I have the benefit of being a teacher, thus, I can observe people's behaviors which I then combine and translate to the personalities of my characters.
I'm a sucker for a dash of realism in my OCs, see?
Another question being asked often to me:
Student: Sir, your drawings are great. Why don't you do comics or manga instead?
Me: I did so before, but writing a chapter without an assistant takes an incredibly big amount of my time. So instead of spending 8 months for a 40-page chapter, I switched to novel. At least I can create a book every other month or two -
