The funniest thing Dr. Doom did in recent years is building a machine that make people forget words and letters.
As always, he messed with the Fantastic Four by making them gradually forgetting words then letters, save for 3 letters, D, O, M, enough to spell DOOM. Just so they know who is fucking with them.
