Currently High stress
Before sleep, had "eaten" and particle of food possibly or not entered wrong "trachea" (damn humanoid form)
Which possibly cause "Aspiration" case.
So yeah....Very bad night full of stress.
Google and results are fking stressful but only next morning, could find a better answer in Quora saying : If its small enough, it can enter the alveola and the body can absorb by itself. (hopefully)
