Skimpy armor on it's own isn't horny, there are multiple ways to not make it horny. However, people usually make it horny. Am I against it? I don't really care, it's not a deal breaker for me, nor am I a fan. I understand why it's like that for you, and I respect your beliefs.
Depends on the designer. If they want to cover it up, they can do so. If they want to go naked, they can do it as well. If they want burqa style censorship, go ahead.
