If I am blinded by anything it's the scorching heat turning my brain into a puddle.

I can try explaining one last time. But I beleive that without getting adequately cooled by icepacks of an extra thicc vampy mommy you won't get it.

You want the game to be challenging in different ways, newer stuff only focuses on a few kinds of challenges?

Skill Issue

All joking aside, I can see the point you make, but I don't believe in. Pebbles reply are more in line with what I think. I much prefer a reliance on player skill in an action rpg than puzzles or having to explore to make a boss different. So I can accept what you say, but I also disagree.

@Prince_Azmiran_Myrian Yes. No one liked Old Dragonslayer. If you take away all the usual discounts, like how he is a reference to DS1, it is a shit boss. Why? It's reused old boss. No one liked Greatwood. Why? Cause it's reused old boss. People loved Soul of Cinder, despite the Soul using Gwyn's moveset. Why? Cause they added a bunch of new moves.

Where is my Iron Golem with a bunch of new things? Not a bunch of new moves, but new ways to kill him. Like, a new boss that you can kill 4 different ways. Where is it? Not with different weapons, but legit different ways to kill him.

Basically, I think those things should be an outlier than standard, and I think the standard should be combat with bosses after clearing an area. I know the placement of bonfires in DS3 are terrible, but I prefer that than having to run past enemies for miles to fight the next boss over and over.

DS isn't difficult when you level up. I think that's why I dislike Action RPG's in general.

DS isn't difficult even when you don't level up.

DS isn't Enduring if you don't level up.

I think its difficult. If the average person can't get into them with ease, Id categorize it high on the difficulty scale. I don't think its the hardest game ever. I'm not that delusional, but its not not difficult.

The average person can't get into them because of how boring it is to play the right way for most.

@RepresentingEnvy In other words you want more action less RPG. That's what I don't like. That's why I am cold towards Sekiro. You can barely call Sekiro RPG.

The first time I tried DS I had not played any action RPG. I died a solid 20 times to the first boss. Its not easy to get into.

I seen somebody beat darksouls at lvl 1. He wasn't even that amazing of a player, but he had played through it multiple times.
I wonder if people would do that in the newer games?
