I bought a Chinese electric magnifying glass. It's like a usb webcam, but with a very big zoom. Can see a hair with it, or texture of fabric etc etc. Cost like 20$ but a very cool and cute little toy. *whisper* Certainly less of a rip off than paying 25$ for a hot dog *whisper*
I'd post some images I took with it but I am afraid to doxx myself so I won't. But damn, my teeth are clean.

In Lovecraft's world Cosmic horrors are not beyond human comprehension. It's just seeing them is so awful and paradigm-changing that going insane or killing oneself is the better choice when confronted with those truths. I conclude it based on the few paragraphs of Call of Cthulhu where narrator says that when humanity pieces together the disjointed pieces of knowledge they have obtained it will destroy them.
