I want to go out into nature and scream my lungs out but my legs get tired easily nowadays and I have never been good at yelling so my throat hurts easily. The alternative is to sing and dance but since I can't do neither of these things I keep imagining someone seeing the shameful display of me doing that and I just can't let that happen!
