It helps me internally shame myself for being lazy.
I run 3 times a week. 2.6 miles about. Pace hovers around 11mins.

I run until I feel like stopping, or until the music playlist is finished playing. And I adjust my pushups or squat count etc. based on how I lazy I'm feeling in that moment. Sometimes, I do two squats and call it a day and other times I exercise until I accidentally pull a muscle or fall flat on the floor. :blob_uwu:

I have a 5 day a week routine usually. Though, I have not been going to the gym as much in recent times. When I am active, I do 3 run days and a day for arms and legs. I used to avoid arms, but I have done them more in recent times.

I was told I have to slowly introduce a combo of walks and "slow-dancing."
Not sure what was meant by it, but I either imagined pole-dancing or something, bizarre...

What do you do for your arms? Just light weights or something? I need to do a lil bit of muscle training myself

As a vampire, shouldn't you call it a 'night' and not day?

Arms is weights and resistance machines. For back and biceps, you do curls and pull-ups. Another one for back is the pull down one with your arms out wider. For triceps and chest, you can do bench press, chest press, push-ups, etc. For shoulders you want to do the shoulder press or something like lateral raises.

If you are only doing calisthenics or exercises without weights, there are lots of them you can try. If you do push-ups, you arms closer together does more tricep, and your arms spread further does more chest.

I do twenty minutes of core exercise every day, crunches, side plank lifts, and another exercise I don't know the name of (but it's excruciatingly painful.) Three days a week I do a little over an hour of full body workouts, getting a total of over a hundred reps of everything per week, and I practice hand stands for balance training. I also do MMA twice a week. Except for the MMA, I do everything at home, no equipment necessary.

Wow! You must be in great shape with all that! How long have you done MMA?
