For some reason, I have stuck my eyes onto this forum for over 2 and a half damn hours replying and posting comments. And the fact that I have the habit of checking the alerts is horrifying to me. Please don't reply, I need to focus on writing. :blob_teary::blob_teary::blob_pat_sad:

Seriously though, why don't you try what I'm doing? I isolate myself and stop doing annything else so I can focus on writing.

I also turn off net during this isolation.

That's the problem, I can't.

I live with my parents, and there's four little gremlins I call little bros living along them both. As we both come from the same southeastern of Asia, from (maybe) the same skin color and (also maybe) the same kind of race root called the Malay people, you know how my daily life goes here.

About the turning off the internet, I don't need to and I can't do so. I am using a 2gb Ram Asus. Opening Word is just me asking for eternal torment, agonizingly burning my patience in the most extremely boring way of waiting the often stutters and freezing.

Hence why the time I post to answer comments are usually slow now.

And I can relate to your situation having kids around the house. Way too noisy.

You hafta forgive me. I'm working in a place with 900 noisy students in same time, so I'm kinda used to the noise and the silly plays.

I can even sleep amidst a seminar/program with the huge, human-sized speakers pointed towards my table. Something only educators can develop, I guess?

that is better than I am doing... I ended up playing FFVII Rebirth for the last 5-6 hours instead of working on my next chapter... now rewatching solo leveling and having salsa and nachos... and trolling the forums...
