Nominee 1: "I see clues that her back and chest are two parallel dimensional planes but I don't dare to prove that."

Nominee 2: "Are you sure her boobs have a third dimension?"

Nominee 3: "I tried motorboat. There was no bump!"

These all feel more like dialogue beats rather than descriptions. So just go with whichever one fits the character saying it best.
If you're looking for description, I'd say add some flair and describe said character with the flat chest from the PoV character's perspective as long as you stay in line with the tone of the story you're working on.

here is one from my chapter:

Hazel eyed the white suit that barely contained Naomi's “armaments”. ‘That poor button is fighting for its life,’ she thought.

She glanced down briefly at her own crossed arms… which had nothing obscuring them.

“Tch.” Hazel clicked her tongue and looked away.

the story was still in serious moment, and i can't write it too witty, which may make it feel too offensive.

I feel jealous, anti-triggered.

I wish I could sleep/lie on my stomach without crushing my lungs,
wear a seatbelt comfortably, and not be haunted by the forces of gravity. :blob_teary:
My wife has complained of these issues as well.
Breasts in brail.

IDK
A joke the author used twice in the GrrlPower webcomic is a character with a T-Shirt (one he says he saw in the real world) that reads "Stop Staring" in braille...
