I've started it... It can be VERY stressful if you get unlucky, as Amazon banned me for being a pirate as my own stuff was pirated beforehand...
I did get it resolved but it caused no end of problems, borked my launch lol.
In terms of the actual process it wasnt... Too... Bad and I did recieve...
I've done it once as I was reading the novel anyway and was asked. If someone noticed I'm reading their novel and wants one they can have one, but I won't shout out something I ain't read, obviously
I thought this called for me... but seems not. In all seriousness depends very much on the selling company. I can usually get free shipping on books from europe/us but not Japan, and things like figurines cost a damn fortune to ship... like 30+ dollars
There's no hard and fast rule really
I like to think I write a lot, but I'm not hung up on numbers and I think that's unhealthy imo. I just like to see progress, and as long as chapters come moving the story along, it's a win, whether it's 2k or 10k words...
