Firstly, infernus is wrong. You try to use an adjective here. It would be infernalis then, 3rd declension, not infernus.
Secondly, in Latin the adjective follows after the noun not before. The preceding adjective is common in Germanic languages. Less so in Latin. Thus, Avocado Infernalis.
The grammar in your title ... unsettles me~.
