Baby steps, on every problem, every day. Let it all compound over a week, then a month. And whatever you want to do least, do it first.
It's generic and sounds pushy. But someone said it to me, and it helped. Hope things get better.
Sometimes life gets in the way, but after slowing down for a bit, I've been trying to stick to having one or two scheduled chapters ready per week. Staying a little ahead makes it feel easier for me.
I took some days off from writing new content to significantly edit/reorganize my early chapters, and I'm happy I did. It was in the back of my head that I had learned and improved, but my early chapters were of lower quality compared to the new ones.
I didn't repost, just edited and flagged...
Being surrounded by very full bowls of cereal. I had a recurring dream that I was walking through my house, but every step I took clipped the edge of a full cereal bowl and doused me in milk. Haven't had cereal since.
I had one that broke my brain. The synopsis says the MC wants to be a good cook.

At least that's why I chose it for...
Out of college, I got my first job by tailoring the "coursework" section on my resume to the jobs I was applying to. A director at one place called me asking all kinds of questions about that class and what I knew. Next thing I knew, I had a job I hated.
Thanks, everyone. I'll look at some of the software ideas provided.
My writing time is less than 10% of what it was a few weeks ago, so every bit of efficiency I can pick up is helpful.
How does everyone manage their works in progress and the chapters they've written?
My first 100 chapters are in a Word document and backed up in Google Docs, plus wherever they're posted. I started a new doc for part 2 of the story, mainly because grammerly lags terribly with big docs.
I also...
1. Finding joy and anxiety in being relied upon
2. OP protagonist discovers that power can't fix everything - hammers can't do much with bolts
3. All decisions lead to the bad ending
I'm just getting to the start of everything blowing up, and I'm so excited.
