PErsonally after I started feeling that way, I yeeted the concept of schedule out of the window. I write first and foremost for myself so I don't want to burn out. So sometimes I will publish few chapters a week, sometimes it takes me two weeks to write one. Iz life.
One of my deities is a Lesbian version of Zeus (with better understanding of consent). She starts dating one of the characters in the party. She lets them set the pace and expectations due to the power differential.
The third "book" of my story has my MC drugged and kidnapped by a gang of human traffickers ran by a psychopathic serial rapist. He has her gang raped in order to break her and make her compliant.
The whole segment took no mental prep on my end and took me like three days to write?
