Congrats, you can now show your little sibling the website and you will no longer run into anything that triggers you. Not that they can't just type "Porn" on google and get a million hits.

Instead of getting triggered and report content people should just quit reading said content and look for something of their liking, if no one liked smut content it wouldn't be a thing. I'm against report or ban of content of any kind, no matter how crude or unconfortable, since it limit the freedom of thought and expression, just because some people don't like certain content it shouldn't give them the right to stop other people to access it

Or write it. I've found those authors who've been criticized for their content have lost a portion (if not all) passion for writing.

I don't know why people had to be butthurt about it? Didn't they learn porn at 8 years old or even younger once they got into the internet? I didn't even had to explain what porn is and they already learn that they had sex with their teachers.

Yeah. My story will eventually have smut in it and I would hate having to put the smut on a different site. A lot of chapters here would just be "Hey, read it here instead" with a link to the other site.

You mistake the freedom of thought and expression with the right to be heard. The former exists, the latter not. Even after a ban you are not limited in your freedom. You can still write, you just can't publish anymore.

No novel site of this world is forced to publish your work on the basis of freedom of thought and expression.

Some authors have written two versions of their story having one with and without the adult content.

I don't understand what good sheltering young people from this sort of content does in the first place. The more they know, the better they can react to ensure their own safety in a real-life situation.

In the other thread (the one @Assurbanipal_II created), I've stated this hadn't been the first time this topic was discussed. I provided a link that related closer to that thread, but I'll also provide one here that closer relates to your response here: 18+

To be fair, young people shouldn't be reading smutty works in the first place. God help if some kid gets his lessons on the opposite sex from a smutty harem novel. :s_tongue:

I hate that. That's extra work for me. I tried cleaning up my story to be posted on more prudish site and it's not as easy as just deleting entire paragraphs.

And I don't read them, which leaves me not really knowing how they work. :blob_sweat:
Also, when
your protagonist gets pregnant from four men at the same time
it's rather difficult to explain how that happened without including the play-by-play combined with the moments the magic triggers.
