The Magical Girl of Lemons and Onions randomly transmigrated you to an isekai universe, and your only cheat ability is healing tears. You have no other magical skills or other talents, and you are about as weak as an ordinary villager.
Your tears are about as potent as a strong healing potion, meaning that a tablespoon is strong enough to heal major wounds. It is also a cure-all, meaning that it removes all negative status effects (i.e. poisons, curses), and it is also a strong mana potion, in the sense that it restores a lot of magical energy. Obviously, these magical properties make your tears fairly valuable.
The only condition is that your tears must be natural in order for it to work. Making yourself cry with eyedrops, poking your eyes, using onions, or other some physical method of aggravating your eyes will produce completely inert tears with zero magical effect.
In either case, you arrive in an isekai universe completely broke with zero money or anything. You're starving, super thirsty, and also have nowhere to stay.
Obviously, you get this idea that maybe you can sell your tears as a decent healing potion, right?
The only question is if you're able to make yourself cry........?
You consult the friendly tavern keeper, and they introduce a friend of theirs who is a Dark Mage. The Dark Mage has magic that can manipulate feelings. The Dark Mage offers to cast a spell that instantly makes you feel incredibly sad (and therefore cry), and he'll buy the tears you produce once he verifies that they actually work as well as you claim. If you're willing, he'd also be interested in starting a long-term business arrangement, since he says that you can make a lot of money just by crying all day...
Note: Assume that the cost of living (USD) in this world is similar to Earth.

1. What is the least amount of money that you'd accept from the Dark Mage for a session of crying? (note: assume you have no idea what a fair price is, and you're really hungry so it would be nice to get money right now)

2. Do you cry easily? If you didn't have a Dark Mage who can manipulate your emotions, can you think of another method that would (naturally) bring you to tears?

3. On Earth, what are common reasons that you cry? What makes you feel sad? How frequently do you cry?

4. Would you be willing to make crying your full-time job? What if your tears could be sold for $1000 per vial?

5. There is a dying person in front of you, and you could save them with your tears, but you're currently not carrying any vials of tears. Would you be willing to bring yourself to tears (probably using emotion-manipulating Dark Magic) in order to save that dying person?

6. Suppose that word gets out that you have miraculous tears, and now hundreds of poor people from the slums are approaching you begging you to cry for them to heal their injuries/diseases since they can't afford to go to the doctor/healer... What do you do?

1. As for a first session it sure is no known how much do i actually may need. I'm hungry and stuff so "enough money to stay in the inn and have a decent meal at least for a week" would be reasonable, if it actually works and stuff. Then later discussion would be held about how much money should be made by crying.

2. Eeh....eeeh? I no sure. At one point i have some tears that appear rather easily when reading/watching stuff but less from it being sad and more from it being too good and epic. But as i look at it besides eating media....eeh? Not really? I even had trouble crying on my father's funeral and i loved him a lot and i was ultra sad so i really no sure.
But if u look at it from the other side, we russians sure love to kill our own emotions in order to survive in this...whatever it is. Country.
So yeah, without a random dark mage it would be hard though i still can somehow just cry when i make myself cry. U know, naturally with a feeling "well i guess rn i need to cry so uuuuuugh were ma tears". It actually works but the output is rather weak.

3. Uuh....well i guess i answered dat on a 2nd point.

4. With dark mage help - surely. Without eeh...i could try at least.

5. I can try my low output tears generator at least if it helps dan good.

6. Eeeh, no sure. Most likely not but as always - depends. Dere always someone who deserves to be healed just cuz, but most of the people - not.

This reminded me of my fairy character, Phinimimilomimo, from NUF NAG.
'-'

1. Enough money to fund a year of living per session.

2. Yes.
Watching/remembering a sad thing.
Watching/remembering a sentimental thing.

3. A sad thing on the news.
A happy thing on the news.
Sad thing in a film.
A happy thing in a film.
Thinking about my life so far and how little I've done...
Quite frequently, which is why I tend to avoid watching the news now.

4. No, since I think that's exceptionally cheap for what the tears can do.

5. I would need context for that situation.

6. Ask to live with the dark mage since he/she'd likely live in a remote place, or somewhere that is relatively easy to keep such people at bay.

I would be flat broke because men don't cry and when they do, they're not healing tears.

Sure, I would make crying my full-time job. Crying for the Dark Mage should be enough to cover my rent.

As for the poor people, I would cry for them. All they have to do is tell me their story, and if they tell it honestly and I sense the emotion in their words, I should be able cry without magic. I'll take small gifts in return, if they have a little something they can spare, whatever they think is fair. Since my tears would make them healthy, they could just do some chores for me, and that would be enough.

Can the tears cure venereal disease? I'd like to establish some friendships with a few whores, sell them some tears, and once they and all their clients are cured, I'll get into the business myself.
