Indulgently following the trend of making threads to share commissioned art, I'm starting this one here to share the art I have commissioned/will be commissioning.
The stories these are for aren't usually available for public reading (being co-written games between my friend and I), but I sometimes make short stories or snapshots related to them, so you might see these characters around.
I naturally specialise in queer romance and characters, so... Enjoy some good queer art~!
My current collection has all been commissioned from the great artist, Sheilkuroi, throughout the years. I have tried to commission other people in the past, but I have awful timing and just miss their commission period, and/or they gave me a reason to run away from them very fast.
However, it's already a spectacular collection as it is~!

First up is the art I just commissioned from her~! This is a BL pairing named Razour (left) and Lyre (right). This is a full colour and shading with a detailed background:

Disaster Bi/Trans x Disaster Gay - who can ask for more? (Also sound mage x fire mage)
These two are part of a game where there are magical exorcist families who are extremely rich and, due to everyone's dependence on them, extremely corrupt. They come from different branches of the same messed up fire family (so are not really related, but also kind of are?). Both are victims of severe abuse.
The game begins with Razour, who was tossed out to die at 13, returning to get revenge on his father, and Lyre, who's still trapped with no way to escape, convincing him that they need to murder their abusers.
And the rest is one of the messiest damn love affairs/triangles I've ever participated in writing.
(I just really have a thing for terribly broken abuse victims trying to support each other and rebuild their lives with optimism, even if they're not always very good at it.)
Razour looks reluctant in this picture because he's stuck in a "I know I shouldn't, but I honestly can't resist" sort of situation. Nobody's breaching consent here.

These two are from a Kamen Rider game. The one on the left is Rio (also known as Kamen Rider Diarmuid) and his girlfriend is Liska.
These are also "troubled people in a wholesome relationship", albeit their relationship is actually 100% wholesome.
The plot focuses around Rio being forced to take up the mantle of his dead brother, who died as a Kamen Rider. Rather than hero-worshipping him, though, Rio kind of hates him for dying and has been self-destructing out of grief for years.
Liska has a very strict/abusive mother, but she's admired Rio helplessly for years.
They were a really sweet and uncertain "first real romance" sort of relationship.

Her name is Pandora and she is also Disaster Bi. Her role in our game is actually as a role model for one of the main characters (as there basically aren't any decent female duelists otherwise), but she's a whole barrel of fun on her own.
To give a very brief overview of her, she's a working-class Glaswegian woman who defied her family to pursue her dream of becoming a pro duelist. After her friends abandoned her after she'd already been disowned, she suffered through starvation and exploitation, and developed a bitter hatred for Jack Atlas, who debuted at the same time as her.
Her determination and hard work let her rise to be the joint second best in the world, competing with Crow Hogan to try and topple Jack from his throne. By that point, she had realised that Jack wasn't to blame for everything that happened to her. She's sort of belligerent friends/slow-burn love interests with him.
Although she has a glamorous and sexy appearance, she's an extreme workaholic. If it's not Duel Monsters, fighting to increase the safety of and opportunities for women in the industry, or supporting her fans, she doesn't understand it. Not even her own sexuality. Not the fact that she's loved Jack for years. True Disaster gal.
(She has a Signer mark on her arm because, in her previous incarnation, we were thinking of trolling her by forcing her to become a 2nd Generation Signer. We like being cruel to our characters.)
