It's a power given by Nodens, the Lord of the Great Abyss to us lowly humans in a great time of need. Fishes and mermaids don't need that. They can do that since birth. I bet @tiaf could do that.

Actually, you can laze around is in classes. I practiced how to sleep while sitting, and it is quite useful when wearing hood
