Not showing up in latest updates.

So, I just realized one of my three series is not showing up in latest updates. I was hoping I could get a better understanding of how this works? Is it one per day? My other series showed up, but this one didn't? I even checked both times it was released and it just wasn't there.
Never mind? Apparently my settings are somehow blocking my own story from being viewed in latest updates?! I checked while signed out and it came up... I need to check my settings

Release filtering. Hide stories with the genres you selected from the latest updates.
