Lets see...
- The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague
It's been a few years but it's one of the few not-sappy romances that worked well and isn't just about kids, which is a plus, pretty sure I was also happy that they didn't go for constant and annoying misunderstandings too.
Just low conflict, workplace adults, no drama or rom-com misunderstanding awkwardness, just 12 episodes of their interactions slowly bringing them together.
This one is a REALLY slow burn slice of life. If you think you know slow paced slice of life, this one will beat those. I've had single episodes feel like 3 episodes because of how slow the thing is. Extremely mundane, almost no conflicts.
It's like you take a single scene from a normal anime, and made that the entire episode for what the pacing is like, it doesn't feel the need to scream about ghosts and witches as being 'unique' it just lets its whole setting relax.
Technically this is why the slice of life sub-genre 'Iyashikei'/'healing' exists, but hasn't been pulled over to western media as efficiently, Flying Witch is the best example of that I think.
I could suggest a bunch of things but they'd probably be more outside of the genres being asked about, and these two are lesser known hits as far as I'm concerned, hope you find something you like from the thread though
