Resolved My novel was falsely nuked as a translation, please reinstate it.

My novel The Wonders Of Mundus, Book II: Out Of Bounds Interactions was removed without explanation.

After reviewing the ongoing situation with Chinese webnovel translations, I suspect automation falsely flagged it because there is a character in it who is Chinese by the name of Morgan Zhu.

To be clear, this is an entirely original English novel that I am the author of.

Please reinstate it.

(Please also stop using AI for things it's not designed for, because I bet you a lot of original novels with characters who have Chinese names are getting falsely flagged.)

I do not know if an AI is carpet bombing suspected translations. It's possible that there are folks reporting them and those titles are being removed until further investigation.

Turns out, I was right in a way, because there is automation being put in place, but it's not doing it because of the names but by per reports. (We don't know how) But Flags did went out by mistake, Tony himself said so in the SH discord. When the site was down, and that it was also being fixed.

But this is second-hand info so take it with a grain of salt.

Yeah, there was an automated system that flagged and deleted translations. It was about 95% accurate as I just manually went through every single series it flagged and re-checked them. I undeleted the ones it falsely flagged though.

If your series is NOT a translation and was falsely flagged, please send me an email with a link to your series. Do not just say "my series is [name here]". Save me the extra 20 seconds and just link me the series. It adds up if there's a lot of people having the same issue.

No more automated deleting system though. At most, it should tag a series and I'll manually review it.
