I want the thought process on this!
-Higher levels of nutrients (iron, zinc, vitamin B12, etc.).
-More protein.
-More calorically dense.
-The fat in a grass-fed cow is much healthier than the one in pork. It has omega vitamins.
-Pork must be cooked well done, or you'll get sick, while beef can be safely consumed from tartare level (tartare means literally raw) all the way to well done and everything in between.
-Can be fed to your Islamic and Hebrew friends (assuming you get along with them).
-Can't be fed to practitioners of Hinduism (let them starve; it makes them stronger somehow; look up Gandhi).
-Way more flavor on beef. Pork needs to be thoroughly seasoned, while beef can optionally be eaten with no seasoning because it's just that good. This alone puts red meat above all non-red meat.
The evidence is overwhelming. Beef is what conquerors eat, while pork is peasant food.
