Do you mean the fact that they have similar amounts of readers, yet the first one is only 1 chapter?

Well, it hit gender bender and girls love, both of which seem to be popular here, not to mention cute girls on the cover. Those readers probably added it to the list to check out later once it has a few chapters.

At a glance, the other one just seems like another power fantasy, with only a handful of chapters so far.

Both will probably gain traction as they get more chapters, but its hard to judge based on how new both are without reading them.

Come on, just look at the pose in the cover, and the tags. Love is the emotional aspect of a relationship. It is complex. Lust, meanwhile, is merely the carnal desire. They are completely unrelated.

The novel is clearly aimed at lust. The characters are just placeholders for your segs fantasies.

Keep a good plot, and you won't fall into DXD's follies. You CAN have both story and smut if you want, you just need to make it relevant to your writing.

That said, you don't need to have that...but your Girls Love book does state their power is to have/give children or something in the synopsis. That does imply there would be some amount of love/lust happening even if it isnt gooner bs

More than power, it's more that he keeps his little friend, hahaha. But anyway, it's mostly about the boy living his life and adapting to the world while the god tries to create scenarios where he's forced to be with a boy, but all with a time limit, like in real life, and if you don't succeed... well, you're screwed. But the protagonist, in his desire to remain himself, decides he won't go for the sausage; he'll go for the empanada.

Or at least that's what I thought yesterday haha

Make a story with the levels and stats from game.

Get roasted if you mess up the numbers.

Get tired of doing numbers so reduce the rpg part to be the minimum you can get away with

focus on the story instead, hope for profit
