Don't take it so seriously. Just go with whatever comes to your head coz it's more natural-sounding than forcing your characters' names to be relevant to whatever roles they have.

I haven't introduced him yet they are still on the first loop and they still in the Deja Vu phase and so far he's only been labled as the duke he is undercover as a elf duke right now nobody knows hes a sin yet

Ngl, that kinda takes away the focus of the reader from the story.

A villain with the name Timmy doing bloody awful things is more memorable than Arceus Hange IV with black armor, bloody flag, and a big sword.

right now he is a arroagant sin who thinks hes entitled to everything he can warp reality to cause a time loop in a fixed area which is the elven kingdom of elginia it isnt the whole world though its just the elven kingdom he can also make everyone have shared pain so if he kills someone everyone dies if he crushes someones skull in everyones skull is crushed in also he can regenerate and can see the future with foresight so he can crush his own skull to kill the mc and also see what the mc is gonna do before he does it, its a shounen style story though so its to teach the mc that a perfect day is a prison and nothing is perfect but i think i made the dude too strong ?

Then let's keep that trend going. Look, he's arrogant too, right? I think he'd name himself in a way that shows his achievements of absorbing and unifying all sins into himself. At first, I thought maybe something like Duke Monad would be okay, but... I really don't like that name, still it is a name and it's your character, so you can pick it if you want; it means something like "the total of all things" so, it fits.

But, honestly, I am sort of a fan of Duke Henosis. It's Greek. I think it means something like "union with the mystical" or "mystical unity" or something like that. I offered. Your choice.
