And... I am back with part 2 of my super incredible and interesting drawing attemptions! Who cares if the previous post was over a year ago... damn. Though for half of the year I didn't touch drawing at all, so the progress is only for the other half a year I guess?

If you want to check the first one.

Anyways, before I present you all my work, I want to say a few things:
- I switchied from the graphical tabled to a normal one. It feels a bit easier when I can actaully see the pen leaving a trail behind itself and not on the monitor of my PC.
- NSFW alert! Naked women! I honestly don't know if it's even okay to post those here or if it will be deleted. Can't find any rules about that.
- English is not my first language and also I have grammatical brain farts sometimes (Like writing 'end' as 'ent' automatically for no reason despite knowing how it's supposed to be. Idk how this works). Sorry for that.
- Yes it's far from good, I know. And no, I am not going to tryhard and go watch 1000 hours of guides. Only some small ones in rare cases. I am doing this for fun anyway.

Specimen number 6 - The last one made on my graphical tablet. Now looking back it's not that bad, but the suit is too lazy and legs are too small. At least hair and lips look acceptable.

Specimen number 7 - Sorry for bad image quality on some. The app I used for some time had an issue with saving the drawings properly so I had to take screenshots to save them. Anyways - this one looks better imho and who doesn't like some alienussy? The second pic was supposed to be bra but it looks just bad lol. Also I am a lazy bastard and didn't want to redraw boobs on the third pic to make them behave accordingly to physics.

Also please, I know she looks like Susie from Deltarune. I didn't see it before I finished and it wasn't supposd to be like that...

Specimen number 8 - One of my most liked ones tbh. First one was made to see if I like adding pink on the body. Looks nice. The last one is best one though, just don't ask why she got pale and her eyes changed color lmao.

Specimen number 9 - My OC that was supposed to appear in my first story, before I dropped it lol. But someday I plan on starting it from the start and one day she may actually be a character. Yes, all weapons and her clothes are missmatched for a reason. Why? I would need to explain her lore for that. Though if anyone is interested enough, you can just about it in the comments. About the drawing - not bad but I guess her armor on the midriff/torso should have been made better to give an actual waist. Also hands are too small.

Specimen number 10 - Goth? girl. I actually really like this one. Didn't seem so good back when I made it, but not I am almost proud of myself. Not too much into the goths myself but had an urge to make one. The only things I would change would be making neck better and giving her ribs.

Specimen number 11 - This one... I am not too proud of it. It looks great, yes. But it was heavily copied from some random drawing I found. Changed a few things but the back and ass are the same (I was drawing while looking at the pic, NOT using it as a background and jus ttracing). Though I like how it looks, I just can't be happy about doing what I did. It was done to 'learn' but did I actually learn anything? I don't know. But eh, it's okay.

BUT! The hair was an experiment. Doesn't look too good but that's heavily becouse I fucked up with layers and drawing it overall. Maybe will do more of it later.

And... that's all for now. I have 16 more pics but it turns out I can fit only 10 images into one post. So I will do more parts, hopefully it won't take me a year haha.

As before, I am open to any critique, advices or thrown tomatoes.

ummm, you could at least spoiler it? I mean it's not allowed in the first place...
well, you can definitely see the improvement

Okay, fair. I completely forgor that spoiler button exists. Fixed, thanks. Though as someone said already, if it was not taken down I guess it's not prohibited I guess. We will see with the next posts.

Hi, I will give you some simple advice to improve.
Colour Theory.
Colour Theory, for me, is the best thing to learn. I see some of your artworks will be great if you have this colour theory.
For example, the first two characters you had designed or drawn have the colour that distracts from the entire character.
The first character, you have an appeal in the pattern of the suit, keep it. However, the suit distracts from the pattern, and the character has purple hair. Use the colour near your pattern, or the opposite of it.
The near of red is purple and yellow, and the opposite of red is blue.

This will make your pattern flow with the suit and the hair. No distraction. For me, this character's appeal is in the pattern. So keep it. I prefer you use analogous purple + red, as you can see, it's more appealing. Your character is a little bit sexier, hehe...

The second character, for me, the appeal is in the teeth. Makes those teeth more appealing with the suit. The blue is very distracting. Your second character is so appealing with the mouth and the skin. Why not use the skin's colour rather than black?

This is my attempt with the mouse. The seatbelt of your character, you can draw it, not exactly like a line. To draw a suit, you need to find references to its accessories, not the suit itself, like the pattern. Be brave to draw outside the body line. Like specimen number 10, you're brave enough to draw a steel plate. So in the second character. You need to take that to the rank insignia, gloves, boots, etc. This will make your character have depth even without shading.

You have amazing eyes and an idea about the appeal of your character.
I think you just need to have more references.

Great character design isn't about great drawing. Great character design is about appeal. Appeal is one of the principles in design and animation. And you have to catch that in the early stage...
Good job...
