Got a big troll and reported, but admins doing nothing

So, I blocked someone for kinda asking stupid questions with real life logic on a fanfiction. And I gave him an example related to the fandom. Now, he used 2 alternate accounts. 1 new and 1 older and dropped 2 fake reviews almost at the same time, with a few minutes apart. Like anyone reading those 2 reviews would be able to tell that it's written by 1 person. I've reported those accounts and reviews to the admin, but after 2 days, they did nothing to block, ban or remove them.

So, I've reported them again today. Let's see what the admins do.

Someone calling me bad things, a rival author using fake accounts and guest IDs: dropping extremely vulgar and negative reviews.

I've gotta ask, can you provide context? I have asked some dumb sh## questions in the past so I like to see what other people consider dumb questions.

Here are few examples: 1) Is this harem? Despite the mention in the synopsis, tags and even in the first chapter. 2) Reading a fantasy reincarnation fic and asking newlyborn babies can't see or hear or think. That just doesn't make sense. So like, in a fantasy world where reincarnation is possible, so what are you talking about? 3) Reading a fanfic without prior knowledge of the fandom and asking questions like why isn't MC using his power? Why is he so weak? Why is he using his power? There are cameras everywhere. Then that same guy asks a few chs later why isn't MC using his power? ??? So, I guess it depends.

Oh, well in that case I'm only guilty of the 2nd one, and a lil bit of the questioning of why a character is using their power, as I'm a big fan of the mc not blowing themselves up via exposing all of their dirty laundry.
