I love how his phone autocorrected "pantser" to "panther," and everyone just went along with it. 10/10

EDIT: I'm a full pantser by the way.

Plotter for an overarching plot and crucial events/ending. Panther (lol) for in between. Hold off on publishing, build up hundreds of chapters worth of content, then go back to the beginning to adjust and sprinkle in foreshadowing along the way to make it look cohesive and totally planned. ? Inspired by AOT.

I mean I do have all important events and a fixed roadmap of my novel but I don't plan out every single detail about a chapter far in advance.
So, I'd say I'm a bit of both.

well most people would give the same answer. I mean who can possibly belong to one category completely?

Banking chapters is the go to method.

Lol AOT is goated. One of my favorite. Emotionally taxing though, goddamit!
Plantser. Plot out most arcs and end points and pants everything in-between.
Plantser. I like that ?. I think that’s an approach I’d fall back on more often than not.

Pantser w/ bouts of going back and making edits before continuing (and repeating the process, ad nauseam) on the pantser path through the muddy middle that is most of the story.

I write with an end destination in mind and a few points of light style key scenes to give a general direction and then pants my way all the way there.
